One mind, two hands.
Argus is an AI assistant built to tap, type and get things done on your Android phone, sharing one memory with your PC. It's made by Blazeinchue.
Early access · Android, Desktop and CLIAbout Argus
Most assistants answer questions. Argus is built to act: it reads the screen, taps, types and opens the right settings page for you, through Android accessibility. It's one continuous conversation that remembers the people, projects, preferences and decisions you share with it.
Argus is made by Blazeinchue, a small independent team. We're building in the open with early users. Each release is tested before it ships, and this page and our release notes say plainly what works today and what doesn't yet.
What we believe
- An assistant should do the work, not just describe it.
- Your memory should follow you across phone and PC.
- Be honest about limits. No promised dates we can't keep.
Where Argus runs
- Android phones
- Argus Desktop for Windows, macOS and Linux
- Argus CLI for the terminal
Get started on Android
Install it
Open the file. If Android asks, allow installs from your browser or file manager for this one install.
Sign in or create a Argus account
Every new account starts on the free Basic plan.
Turn on what you want
Allow accessibility if you want Argus to run your phone, and enable “Hey Argus” for the voice wake word and floating orb.
Updates come from inside the app after that. Argus only installs updates published here.
Updating from Argus 0.45.22 or older? One-time reinstall
Argus for Android has a new signing key from version 0.45.23. If your phone has Argus 0.45.22 or older, the update can't install over it, so you need to reinstall once. It takes about two minutes:
Open Argus, go to Settings › Account › Cloud sync and turn it on. Wait until it says synced. Or go to Settings › Advanced › Backup › Export to save a backup file.
Uninstall Argus.
Download and install the latest Argus.
Sign in to your Argus account. Your chats, memory, settings and model keys come back. If you used Export instead, import the file under Settings › Advanced › Backup.
Saved website passwords and saved logins are locked to your phone, so you'll need to enter those again. After this, updates install normally again.
Desktop & CLI
Argus Desktop and Argus CLI share one memory with your phone, and your desktop can drive your phone. Download Desktop for Windows, macOS or Linux from the home page. On macOS the app is unsigned, so right-click it and choose Open the first time.
Install the CLI on macOS or Linux
curl -fsSL https://argus-db7.pages.dev/install | sh
Install the CLI on Windows (PowerShell)
irm https://argus-db7.pages.dev/install | iex
