Argus Terms of Service

The rules for using Argus, in plain language. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy.

Effective date: October 26, 2026 · Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Rocky, trading as Blazeinchue, Zambia (“Blazeinchue”, “we”, “us”), the operator of Argus: the Argus app for Android, Argus Desktop, Argus CLI, the Argus web chat, the website blazeinchue.pages.dev and the online services they use (together, the “Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Early access (beta)

Argus is in early access. The Basic plan is free. Features may change, break, be limited or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We may update the app and these Terms as Argus develops.

3. Who can use Argus

You must be at least 13 years old to use Argus. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may use Argus only with a parent's or guardian's permission. You must be allowed to use the Service under the laws that apply to you.

4. Your account

Some features need a Argus account. Give accurate information, keep your password and devices secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings › Account) or by emailing us.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Argus to:

You must also follow the terms of any service you connect to Argus (such as Google), and the usage policies of the AI providers that answer your requests.

6. Actions Argus takes for you

Argus can read your screen, tap, type, send messages, make calls and use connected accounts when you ask it to. Argus asks you to confirm before outbound actions such as sending a message or email, but you're responsible for the actions you approve and for checking them. Review what Argus is about to do before you confirm.

7. AI output

Argus's answers are generated by third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or offensive, and it may sound confident when it's wrong. Check important information before relying on it. Argus is not a substitute for a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency services. As between you and us, you own what you put into Argus and, to the extent we have any rights in it, the output Argus gives you; you're responsible for how you use it.

8. Your content and our licence

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to host, process and transmit your content only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your content.

9. Third-party services and open source

Argus works with third-party services (such as AI model providers, Google, GitHub, Cloudflare and others) that have their own terms; we aren't responsible for them. Parts of Argus use open-source software, such as OpenCode under the MIT License, which is covered by its own licence; see the app's third-party notices.

10. Plans and payments

The Basic plan is free. Paid plans (Standard and Pro) are described on our website, last 30 days or a year as stated, and don't renew automatically. Payment is by mobile money or bank transfer; your plan is switched on after we confirm your payment. Daily limits apply to each plan. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren't refundable once the plan is active, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll try to make it right.

11. Our rights

The Service, including the Argus name, logo, app and website, belongs to Blazeinchue and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Argus for yourself under these Terms. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it except as these Terms or an open-source licence allow, or as the law permits.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Argus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with notice where reasonable, if you break these Terms, if your use puts others or the Service at risk, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 7, 13, 14 and 15) survive termination.

13. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the fullest extent the law allows.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Blazeinchue won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or US$10. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

15. Your responsibility to us

If your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from it, to the extent the law allows.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Zambia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Argus after that, the new Terms apply.
